Each upgrade results in a bonus to one of the following:
- Bonus cards to the End of Episode card pack, so you can earn more rewards at the end of an Episode
- A profit and/or speed multiplier for the Strain they're associated with, so you can earn more Cash
Strain automation requires Crew Cards to be a minimum level.
