Did you make a purchase but didn't get your items? To investigate/credit your account we will need the receipt you received from Google or Apple, and your User ID.
Please provide the following:
1. A copy or screenshot of your receipt:
- Android, Google will have emailed you a Transaction ID that starts with GPA. If you haven’t received that email (or if you deleted it), you can also click here to see your purchases, then select a purchase to see the Transaction ID.
- iOS, Apple would have emailed you a receipt.
2. Your User ID:
- Tap the gear icon at the bottom right for Settings
- Your User ID is displayed at the bottom
