We have no problem reversing a transaction as long as the in-game currency/items haven't been used. We sell digital goods and once those goods are consumed there is nothing to refund.

We encourage players to set a password in order to make purchases on their account to prevent accidental or fraudulent purchases. This article will help with that:
Apple does not allow devs access to their database and iTunes accounts, so we are not able to make refunds. Players will need to reach out to Apple directly about any refunds.
All players are welcome to reach out to their financial institution for additional help on fraudulent purchases.
