Having your User ID handy is very useful -- It allows the Support team to find your account in their system!
This means they can transfer your game to a new device or simply locate your account in order to assist with an issue/question.
It's a good idea to go take a screenshot to save now, even if you're not planning on contacting us right away.
To get your User ID:
- Tap the three bars at the top right of your screen
- Tap on 'Account' from the top of the Player Settings menu
- Your User ID is displayed at the bottom - take a screenshot to attach it in an email to support!
