Oh no! Please try the following to see if it helps resolve the issue:
- Restart your device.
- If you're on Android, try clearing the cache by going to Settings -> Apps -> B-Real Monster Buds -> Storage
- If you're on iOS, try a quick uninstall and reinstall to see if it helps. Don’t worry, this won’t affect your game’s progress!
- Try loading the game on another network connection (ie: a different Wi-Fi network or on Cellular Data).
- Reboot your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds, plugging it back in, reconnecting to WiFi on your device and loading the game up.
If you're still having issues loading, please check Google Play or the App Store to ensure your device is on the latest OS version.
If you're on the latest OS version, please submit a ticket to our support team and provide the following:
- How far does the game load? (Please attach a screenshot in your reply if possible)
- Make and model of your device (ex: iPhone 6C)
- OS version your device is running (ex: Android 6.0.1)
